To a reporter, Brolin added, “It felt good to be in jail and not have done anything wrong. And being in jail knowing I hadn’t done anything wrong was exasperating.” Prosecutors in Shreveport later dropped charges against all seven men.
On New Year’s Day 2013, Brolin was arrested in Santa Monica, California for public intoxication.
