The outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic continues throughout the world. The situation in India is terrible. In such a situation, all countries are insisting on vaccination.
Meanwhile, relief studies have been reported in a study on vaccines prepared by the American company Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
According to the study, after taking the first dose of these vaccines, the risk of spreading the infection to other members of the household of a corona-infected person is reduced by 50 per cent.
PHE did a study on the efficacy of the vaccine
According to the Web News Observer, Public Health England (PHE) recently studied the efficacy of the Corona vaccine formulated by Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
It revealed that the homes of those infected three weeks after the first dose of the vaccine were found to have a 38 to 49 per cent lower risk of the virus spreading to other family members. It is a great relief for the people.
British Medical Secretary Matt Hancock said, “This is excellent news. We already know that the vaccine saves lives, and now this study reveals extensive data on the vaccine. This suggests that the vaccine would reduce the spread of infection.”
He added, “This study further reinforces that the vaccine is the best way to prevent an epidemic. It protects and protects against infection.”
A study was done on 57,000 people.
PHE included 57,000 people from 24,000 households taking Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccine supplements for this study. It was revealed that all the people taking the vaccine had come in contact with more than 1 million other people.
Families remain at the highest risk of spreading infection- Ramsey
Mary Ramsey, head of vaccination at PHE, said that others in the family of infected people are at the highest risk of infection. In such a situation, it is essential to reduce this risk.
He said that the vaccine prevents the spread of disease in others while reducing the severity.
Explain that earlier studies had revealed that taking the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine reduced the risk of infection by 65 per cent.
10,400 lives saved in 60 days from vaccine
Ramsey said that the number of deaths after vaccination has come down. By the end of March, 10,400 lives could be saved over the 60 days of the vaccination campaign in the country. In such a situation, the vaccine is essential for the prevention of pandemic.
