- The individual must also provide any additional necessary legal documents to support their request as the case may be.
- All submitted documents, including the expunction order, must be verifiable by the Alpha News Calls team.
- Once we receive the request and supporting documentation, our editorial team will review the case and make a final decision.
- If the request is approved, Alpha News Calls will take appropriate action. This may include removing the subject’s name from the story or removing the entire story from our website. In either case, an update note will be added to indicate that content has been revised or removed.
- It is important to note that while Alpha News Calls will remove or revise content on our website, we cannot guarantee the anonymity of the story on search engines or third-party websites.
- This process does not apply to public figures and officials.
- In case of criminal content, Alpha News Calls accepts only take-down requests approved by the court for expunction.
Once a take-down request is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Alpha News Calls content removal committee, which consists of experienced journalists.
